Mollie Moo ~ Sunday Aug 2nd, 2015

Hello 🙂 I started feeling better on Friday (July 31st). Each day I am showing my mom I am doing better but still just a little tired. I give my mom so many kisses now (just like I always have)!! And she loves my kisses!

I had a visit with my vet on Friday and had my bandage changed. Things are looking good. I had serum drained again, but it looks like most the fluid is gone! I will be going back on Monday to get my staples out. The vet asked my mom to think about when we want to start chemo (Carboplatin). Either this upcoming Wed (which will be 2 weeks from surgery) or on Friday. My mom hopes the chemo will not make me ill. I think she just wants to see me feeling good again 🙂 By everything we have read on tripawds.com, looks like week 3 – 4 will be when things start looking better for me. It’s PAWGRESS not PAWFECTION!!!

Whhhhheeeeeee! You’re on your way pretty girl! Look at how good your incision looks! Right ON! You’re moving right ahead and rockin the world again and we are so hoppy for ya!

Don’t worry about the chemo. Most dogs don’t get sick and even if you do they got pills for that. You’ll kick chemo’s butt!

Thanks for the photo of you pottying. Everyone wants to know how a Tripawd potties! You got the balance thing down.

MOLLIE MOO!!! LOOK AT YOUR ADORABLE FACE!!!She certainly IS lookin’ good!

They do get a bit tired more easily since it is quite the workout getting to and fro while still figuring out your balance. Hopefully lil’ Miss Mollie will do as well as Mac has done with chemo – hardly any side effects! Oncologists generally seem to agree that there is never any reason to make the treatment more painful than the disease, so if she has any bad side effects, they can usually adjust the dose!

GOSH I JUST WANNA PET HER CUTE LITTLE FACE!!

PAWGRESS NOT PAWFECTION!!! Spot on! Great philosophy!!

And YAY FOR TRADITION!!! You keep on peeing in the frontnuard Mollie! You deserve it!!

I know you don’t like having your picture taken, but just don’t realize how much we love seeingn your adorable mug! You are just sooooooooooooooo cute!!!

My Happy Hannah started her chemo at about three weeks. I just wanted to make sure she was starting to get her sparkle back a little more consistently. It’s so heartwarming to seem them return to “normal” routines and habits.

MOLLIE MOO!! Thanks for allowing yourself to be photographed! We just love seeing you! It makes us smile…really big smiles!!
